      The cutting technology of multi wire cutting machine is to use a high-speed moving steel wire to drive the cutting blade attached to the steel wire to rub against hard and brittle materials such as semiconductors, thereby achieving the cutting effect. (1) Reduce the pulse width range, increase the intermittent range, or decrease the number of power transistors;


(2) Improve operational level, adjust feed rate appropriately, adjust feed potentiometer to ensure stable feed rate;


(3) Use specialized working fluid for wire cutting;


(4) Cleaning pipelines;


(5) Replace or move the conductive block to a different position;


(6) Choose appropriate intervals and use working fluid suitable for cutting thick parts;


(7) Replace the clipping diode;


(8) Replace the molybdenum wire and use a wire wheel to thread it;


(9) Reasonably choose the silk speed gear;
